My name is Paula Frederick and I’m the Director of Youth and Family service programs for Friends of youth based in Issaquah. We provide mental health counseling and substance abuse outpatient treatment for children and youth and their families. And for many years we have provided these services in designated schools throughout Issaquah school District.
